Supporting PC Hardware
I can support every type of PC hardware that you might own. I can provide service with upgrading or replacing the current hardware in your computer. I can also help with setting up external hard drives for backing up data.
I have worked with, but am not limited to, Sony, HP, Compaq, Dell, Gateway, and Acer. I am always excited when I find myself working on a new company's product.
My PC Certifications
Along with 10 years of experience supporting PCs I have also obtained my A+ and MCITP: Enterprise Administrator on Windows Server 2008 certifications. I am currently working to upgrade that MCITP to Server 2012.
The OSs that I have worked with are Windows 2000, Millenium, XP, Vista, Windows 7, and Windows 8. I also have experience with Server 2000, 2003, and 2008.
