I can also provide support for iPads issues that you may be experiencing.  In order to allow the best service, I highly advise that all iPads should be purchased with AppleCare+.

Supporting Apple hardware

 

I am able to support any issues that you might have with your Apple laptop or desktop.  It doesn't matter if your issue is software or hardware related.

 

Since I am ACMT certified I can order you any part from Apple without you having to deal with the long lines at an Apple Store.

My Certifications

 

I am currently an Apple Certified Macintosh Technician (ACMT) and an Apple Certified Technical Coordinator (ACTC) for OSX 10.8 aka Mountain Lion.

 

I have been working with Macs since Snow Leopard and I also have experience with Mavericks.
